Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Iconic Medspa is appointment-only — we don't accept walk-ins. You can book online through our Jane portal any time, or call +1 647-985-1710. If you can't find a time that works, call us; we hold space for consultations every week.
Is the first consultation free?
Injectables consultations are complimentary for first-time clients and take about 20 minutes. It's a conversation first — you share what you're looking for, ask questions, and we go from there.
Where is Iconic Medspa located?
We have two Ontario locations: 844 Upper Wentworth St, Hamilton (Hamilton Mountain) and 165 Dundas St W, Unit 507, Mississauga. Both are by appointment.
Do you direct bill to insurance?
We offer direct billing on Registered Massage Therapy services, so your visit is settled before you leave.
